Origin
Netcorp was initially the investment vehicle in Vortal for the management team, led by Rui Dias Ferreira, who completed the partial MBO in 2008.
With the sale of Vortal in 2020 to DOCU Nordic, held by the British fund Stirling Square, Rui decided to continue his investments and entrepreneurship through Netcorp.

Netcorp focuses on investments in funds and start-ups with high knowledge and growth in the fields of AI, data science, artist information and other areas of strong innovation, and also in the sponsorship of social mobility and the arts.
